I'd say it depends on a lot of things such as, how good of a friend the friend was to you, how deep their relationship was, and how much you like the guy.
Like, if it is just an acquaintance and you dont care about pissing them off that much, then do it!
Or, if they just had a casual relationship, like for a couple of weeks or so, and they werent in love or planning their future together, then do it!
Or if you really like the guy and think he might be the one, and you dont care if you piss off your friend in your attempts to be with your one true love, then do it!
BUT...if you dont really like the guy that much, or if the girl is your bestie, or if they were really close, then I dont know if it'd be worth it to hurt someone like that.
It happened to me! My BEST friend dated my ex I was with for TWO years! Talk about ouch! It's been over a year since we spoke to each other...and I think their relationship lasted like 6
months (was it worth it???)
