VirginSin What's Your Definition of Ugly? Oct 21, 2008 9:45 AM What do you think being ugly means? Is ugly being fat or having glasses? Is it being disfigured or having acne? What do you think? Would you still care for someone no matter how they looked? How much do looks matter to you? What matters most to you in a relationship? Looks are important in the world. We see on TV, magazines, etc. on what people think is beautiful. But there is no way that everyone can look like that. I might sound stupid, but I think it really is better to put aside how people look and focus on who they are. Every day people are picked on for their looks even when there is nothing they can do about it. Some are born pretty and some are born less pretty. Let's face it, looks are important today, but what I think we should do is try to see past someone's outward appearence and know them for themselves. I really don't think there is an ugly. I can always find something nice about a person. What about you?

tdsollog Poll: Will You Buy A Business Suit You Can Clean In The Shower? Oct 1, 2008 6:41 PM I saw this article on glamour's "Slaves to Fashion", and they had a post that intrigues me. I am wondering.... Would anyone buy this? Will You Buy A Business Suit You Can Clean In The Shower? http://www.glamour.com/fashion/blogs/slaves-to-fashion/2008/09/will-you-buy-a-business-suit-y.html What if you never had to take your work clothes to the dry cleaners again? What if you tossed your suit in the shower for three minutes and it came out sparkling clean? It's already a reality in Japan, and the so-called shower suit may soon be hitting our shores. According to recent reports, the Australian Wool Innovation has invented a suit that needs just three to four minutes of quick spray in the shower and then drips dry to a perfect finish--no iron, no steam, no hefty dry cleaning bills. It's aimed at students, young members of the working world, and "time-pressed professionals [who] are attracted to the convenience of garments that don't have to be dry-cleaned." The shower suit already has had some big success in Japan--this week, the company that sells them has increased its order so there will be nearly triple the number of "I just stepped out of my bathroom in this squeaky clean suit" loyalists walking around. Does the thought of never having to drag your stuff to the dry cleaners again entice you guys? Would you buy a shower suit?
